The secretary who answers the phone thinks she's a plumber and attempted to answer my question to no avail. Then was snotty to me when she realized I was right and rudely spoke to me and hung up the phone. Good luck gaining new customers with that type of terrible phone service. Never again.
Dave was punctual, organized, neat, and professional. He ensured our leak was fixed correctly and did it quickly. Valu-Rooter has been our plumber of choice for over 15 years, and they are always responsive and reasonably priced.
Ron was one of the gentlemen that helped with a sewage issue at my home. He was very friendly and extremely thorough and gave me a fairly reasonable price for the work that needed to be done. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone experiencing plumbing issues or anything of the sort.
