I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The instructors are always nice and welcoming and help you with form and modifications throughout the class.“

“I worked with Ryan to help restore bad movement patterns and muscle compensations. I’ve dealt with chronic pain and numbness from poor movement from previous concussions, ankle, and should injuries for over 5 years. During those years I’ve exhausted many therapies in search of finding something that really helps. After working with Ryan in my first session I realized his approach was exactly what I needed. She helped me figure out what my body needed in order to stay healthy and shed some pounds. Between cleansing, taking the correct supplements, exercise, and diet tweaking, I feel better these last 10 years, then i did for the first 25! Guys in my EMS service and FD have even found new life through minor changes in their daily life. Small things that were pointed out that made HUGE improvements and impacts!“

“Joined 2 months ago an couldn’t be more impressed with my entire experience. Ive working out for 20 plus years at several different locations ranging from Planet fitness, fitness 19, Titans gym, workout factory, an I must say Milestone has been the best overall. Clean environment, excellent equipment, polite staff that greets you when you come a leave, a numerous options of weights and machine. Spacious environment with no real crowding an humongous parking lot, so no matter when you arrive you have many options where to park. 4.7 out of 5 for me“
