Cleveland Clinic Willoughby Hills Express Care Clinic

I give me experience 3 stars only because the nurse was very friendly but besides that I was disappointed in the care. The NP who saw me did a very minimal exam, I felt rushed, and was told to just take pain reliever. I came in with a fever, body aches, chills, pounding headache, and terrible throat pain/swelling. Two days later my symptoms only got worse so I went to UH Urgent Care, turns out I had tonsilitis and was started on anti biotics immediately. I felt like my symptoms were dismissed even though I was shaking in the office clearly miserable.

I have been sick for a while now and have visited the ExpressCare multiple times and they are extremely kind and caring. You get in and out exactly what you want from ExpressCare. I am grateful to live near a facility that I can quickly be seen and discharged for minor illnesses that sometimes you can’t get an appointment for or You will sit for 10 to 12 hours in an emergency room. It is a great resource for our neighborhood

Been here a few different times. They're thorough, knowledge and pleasant.

The wait times are always twice what it says online and checking in before going doesn't reduce wait time at all. But, it's worth it for the service.
