I love everything about thos location in Willoughby! I have been a patient for over 5 years and I refuse to go anywhere else for my eye care. The doctor, staff, and selection of glasses are all amazing!

I had no problem with the eye doctor I saw she was pleasant and the Lady that help me pick out my glasses. I had no problem with my glasses. I love them. When I first went in for my appointment the receptionist was ok I never received a phone call my glasses was ready. When I went to pick them up I could tell the receptionist had a problem but I am not going to fought everyone that works there for how she acted. I am disabled and really wasn’t feeling well when I went there so I ignored her attitude I didn’t know her situation.

Everybody was very kind at that place. Take care of my service. Told me what's wrong with my eyes. Recommend me to do a cataract doctor where the dock would Bury it in polite. I would recommend anybody to go here.
