Su-Zen was fabulous, nice, and demonstrated patience. I had matted tangled hair. My hair was down to my ankles and matted up to my skull. She was such a gentle touch, working through my rats nest of tangled matted hair. Offered advice and a plan for the future. Even going above and beyond. I thought for sure it was going to need to be shaved but Su-Zen was able to save a lot of my hair. I have a tender head and she was a miracle worker. I've been taking my dog to Heather for quite a few years now and she always does an amazing job. not only is she an awesome groomer but she also lets me know if anything's going on with him. he gets a lot of ear infections and has issues with his knee and Heather always lets me know if she thinks his ears starting to get infected or if he's hurting. thank you so much Heather you rock!!!
Willoughby Martial Arts Academy has been the perfect fit for our son Odin. The instructors there are patient and provide an atmosphere where kids can grow. The confidence building, self defense and positive reinforcement are great. We would recommend to anyone and look forward to watching Odin continue to achieve his goals here.

Came in Saturday, June 8th. Needed a haircut/trim-up. Scheduled my appointment with Julia Swetlin. I've got to say I'm more that 100% satisfied with the entire experience. Not only was the salon modern, extremely clean, with a beautiful décor. But Julia did an absolutely phenomenal job on my hair, and had exceptional customer service! 10/10 would recommend Julia to anyone looking for perfection . And would definitely Texture to everyone for an ideal salon experience.
So I went in for a wax appointment I booked with Chelsea and she was amazing the vibe of the place was very elegant and welcoming. They definitely have a new client in me. The prices were great for the services provided.

Perfection! Since moving to the Mentor area I have failed to find a salon I wanted to return to. They’ve been just ok, awful, or a complete disaster. That’s officially changed! This is my new nail salon! Both my kid and I got a mani and I got a pedicure. We’re both so happy with how it looks! We left and my kid said she had a great time and asked if this was going to be our regular salon. Jamaria is amazing and I will be recommending her to everyone! Thank you to Streb Electric and Hope for making a trip out today to my house. I woke up in the middle of the night with a bad thermostat andno heat. Hope stopped by and ran a diagnostic to determine it was more a furnace issue. She made a few calls and stayed with me until a HVAC technician was found who would be able to see me today to get my heat back on.
After troubleshooting my business's partial outage with the electric company and another electrician on multiple days, Frank was able to narrow my issue within minutes. And within minutes he was able to resolve the issue with the building secondary fault line. I can tell Frank is a real experienced professional that loves his job. Thank you.

I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain with a gnarly knot in my shoulder blade for decades. Too many years with a desk job, bad posture, and sleeping in the fetal position. I should have gone to a chiropractor years ago, but instead I used deep tissue massages, magnesium spray, so many pillows, and different massage guns. After a handful of visits with Pat, I'm feeling progress, less pain, and the gnarly knot is gone. Still have more work to do but, Pat is the man! Highly recommend.
I usually do not leave reviews but this time I have to. Dr. Jennifer Ross (prenatal) is simply amazing!!! I was 37 weeks pregnant and my baby was in breech position. At that time, my ObGyn recommended breech manipulation as one of the options to place the baby in it’s normal position for delivery. I had no clue how or what needs to be done to make that happen.. it was quite stressful and scary for me and how my baby would react to it. In only 3 visits with some exercise and Dr. Ross’s expertise, she was successful at flipping my baby so I could have a natural delivery. I can’t thank her enough including some of the PT assistants who I had the chance to meet during my appointments! I would definitely recommend this place!
