I cannot to begin to explain how impressed I am. The customer service, quality of work and price were wonderful, but what impressed me the most was the cleanliness. I used EverDry at a previous home and it was a nightmare. They charged a crazy amount and probably over did what needed to be done. They broke things and left my home a mess. The B-Dry team is honest, genuine and realistic.
A big shoutout to B-Dry of Cincinnati for a great job installing their system in our basement. Michael and the crew were very friendly and efficient in doing the work. They covered everything well to protect from dust and debris and did a fantastic cleanup afterwards. They even preserved our old barn board! And two weeks later, after rain storms that would have previously resulted in water in the basement, we were dry! If I had known how effective and inexpensive the B-Dry system is, I would have had this done years ago. Thanks again, guys!
Mike came out to look at the issue I was having with water coming into my basement which was likely caused by a neighbors construction. We spent quite a bit of time looking at the issue and discussed a couple of fixes. We agreed on a price and timing of work. His crew showed up right on time and at the quoted price and left my yard looking like it had barely been worked in. Problem fixed! Great service!
