We own a house in Bay Village, but currently live out of state. We recently had some damage from wind and needed someone to help us. After a lot of discouraging phone calls, we were lucky enough to find Bob and his team. Bob helped us navigate a plan to repair the damage while working with our insurance company to get the job done. To have someone you can trust while you are on the other side of the country was something we will never forget. Thank you, Bob!
This company is top notch! When trying to decide on a new roof and what would be the best option Macgregor took the time and answered all of my questions along w/ a detailed quote and a reasonable timeline. The process was seamless from beginning to end!
We had a very small roofing job, but MacGregor Roofing still worked us in their schedule. Even in 88 degree weather, Bob showed up on time, did a thorough repair on the roof and explained everthing.
