K & L was very knowledgeable and professional. Our person came on time and jumped right into work. He made sure we were happy with the cleaning before he left. Would highly recommend.
Kevin is the absolute best we have used many services in the Greater Cleveland Area, no one can beat KandL for quality of service, promptness, efficiency or cost Kevin is incredibly hard working and we moved all our business of cleaning floors to them. sd
Kevin got us in on short notice (and on a Sunday morning, no less!) to clean a couch we purchased second-hand. While he was here, we asked if he had time to do an 6x9 area rug that was in the same room and he kindly obliged. He was on-time, professional, and kind; did a lovely job; and charged a reasonable price for both pieces. Highly recommend!
