“Metro Painting – Eastlake OhioWe have 50 year old kitchen cabinets. They were custom made and in great shape made from hard woods. We wanted to get them painted so they would look new and have a fresh look. We contacted Metro Painting to ask them to come out and give us a bid. They did and we selected them to do the work. Tom the owner spent quality time with my wife to go over all the details. They always showed up on time. Communications through the project was great. Completed the work in a timely manner. “I had extensive tornado damage to the roof of my home as well as interior plasterwork. Mann brothers promptly returned my call and sent a crew out the same day to secure and tarp the holes in my roof after the tree was removed.

There was a lot of back and forth with the insurance company that really drug out the repairs, but Mann Brothers went above and beyond to facilitate appropriate payment during what was a very tedious process with the insurance claim. They were excellent at keeping me in the loop through multiple insurance adjusters and estimates. Once insurance approval was secured, the teams employed by Mann Brothers worked hard and fast to complete repairs.

As I was living in the house during the repairs, I was a bit nervous about how disruptive it would be to have construction crews in, but everyone was very professional. I especially appreciated how tidy and thorough the teams were at the end of each day to keep my space neat and easy to live in even during the work. Roofing crews were fast and organized and the work was well done.

Special recognition to Mike Hulme who was great as my project manager and quick to answer questions and concerns, and Dave DeMarco whose assistance with the insurance company/financial aspect of the claim was much appreciated.
