As a 30 year experienced technician went here as our company has an account and it was close by. Unfortunately I entered the show room and nobody came for at least 5 minutes. Someone came but walked by me sitting at the service counter. I inquired if anyone was working the counter. In a few minutes several people arrived. I presented a drive belt that was broken and worn so the size was not legible. The first man asked if it was a B size belt as he held the A size belt in his hand. I advised that it was indeed an A belt but I could not determine the size. He then asked me what type of equipment it came off of. I was recommended to Wolff Brothers by someone. After leaving phone messages for the manager "Cat", I finally got in touch with her after calling multiple times with no return phone call from her. She informed me that Derek would follow up with me. I never heard from him. This place must not need new customers with this kind of poor service. Don't waste your time calling this place.

These guys might not be the cheapest place you can get stuff, but the entire customer experience is great. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Also very friendly. Ask for Steve, he'll take good care of you. Their sales prices are better than big hardware chains, but if not on sale pricing is $20-$25 higher than where you can get it elsewhere for. Thing is, I would imagine this great customer service, they would do more for you if you had a problem with something you bought. Can't put a price on that!!
