She spent a long time assessing my current colored hair status, then offered several options to reduce/eliminate the brassiness. She then did her mathematical mixing magic to produce a softer, more sun-kissed color. She is equally gifted with scissor skills. I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Raksha, and she completely blew me away with her talent, professionalism, and warm personality. First, she worked her magic on my eyebrows—shaping them to perfection. I’ve honestly never felt so confident about my brows. She has an eye for symmetry and style that’s truly next-level.

Then came the facial of a lifetime. Raksha’s hands should be insured—because I was transported. One moment I was in a salon chair, the next I was floating on a beach somewhere, fully relaxed and totally pampered. The products she used were so soothing, and the technique? Impeccable. My skin now looks dewy, fresh, and years younger. I can’t stop looking in the mirror!

I scheduled the appointment online and she reached out relatively quickly to connect and discuss what I was looking for. She was completely transparent about pricing throughout the entire pre consult and appointment. I had zero surprises. I can’t say enough positive things about her. She was wonderful. I never felt rushed. She wasn’t trying to manage more than one client at a time.
The salon itself was clean and well kept. All the girls I interacted with were kind. I went on a Monday and it was relatively calm (which I enjoyed).
I am transitioning to this salon from a Kenneth’s where I have gotten my hair done for over 5+ years. I won’t be back. West Oak was perfect for me.
