These people are very unprofessional first of all they ask what insurance you have and then don’t tell you if it’s out of network before you get to the appointment. They miraculously have that information when they ask you to pay. Second they don’t verify when people pick up so they give away the wrong items to the wrong people as if people don’t have the same name like come on, don’t these people have degrees. I got more sense than that. Then you have to suffer because of their mistake and they wanna be rude about it. I’m just glad I got too much to lose because I could’ve gone another way up in there. went in to get my glasses fixed got turned around.. the lady that worked with me gave me a card to a guy that doesn’t even fix the problem i have… horrible experience very disappointed.

Highly unprofessional meet and greet was very rude. what do you need she says, Not how may I help you. Dark black hair middle-age lady and brown hair young lady. It seems to them laughing at customers in a workplace is funny.
