Westland installed a Trane Furnace, AC unit and a thermostat. They helped me select what was best for us by giving us options from which to choose. The installations were fast an efficient and their employees were thorough and courteous. I have seen their signs throughout my neighborhood and the posted reviews seemed to indicate happy customers. We are one of them now.
Timely, efficient, and communicated well. Every person I met from the initial phone call, property survey, and installation was very kind. My mini-split was installed in less than 6 hours. Would recommend!
Update: Had Westland come out to fix a leaking bibb on the front of my house and had another 5-star experience. Issac was great!
Jared showed up to my apartment, perfect business etiquette, Slipped on shoe coverings(automatically which I appreciate because, you never know the conditions/environment they may have just came from). He thoroughly explained what was going on with my Air conditioning unit, the one thing he did that showed he truly understands us "Tenants"( who rent from Owners) Jared made sure to note the account, to forward to the owners exactly what was going on and to change my filter frequently- like bi- monthly. This was crucial because prior to this appointment, my filter had not been charged since 2022.
