The staff made our mother and her identical twin feel so welcome and connected them right away with other SR's who had similar hobbies (painting). Our mother and Aunt had a wonderful experience there. They made so many other accommodations for us when our mother's hospice care started which made a tough situation so much easier to deal with. Our very large family had a number of really fun gatherings for their birthdays and even a few Sunday get together in The PUB that worked out great, so mom could host all of her kids and not have to travel somewhere. We can't thank the Westlake Village staff enough for being so nice and really taking care of our mom and Aunt!
