I have been here 4 times for a manicure and pedicure. My advice is to find a good person to go to! The first manicure was absolutely so ugly and terrible. The lady barely spoke, was rushed and my nails were ugly and expensive! She also scrubbed my feet so hard, it hurt but they looked better than my hands. I gave them another shot because of the location and my previous nail salon person is no longer doing nails. Luckily the second time I went here, the person was really good. It is expensive, but at least she does a good job! I ask for only her now. They are not particularly friendly here and seem rushed. We had a wedding party of 17 that was scheduled out, so space should bit have been a problem. They did an amazing job, and everyone left happy. I just wish they would have sat us all closer together so we could talk to each other instead of yelling across the shop. But they did an amazing job.
Cleanliness: This place is super, super clean.

I felt like this place was quite clean and my nail tech was experienced. However I didn’t like the service, it’s pretty typical at nice salons to have refreshments or even water available but not here. I also waited quite a long time despite showing up early to my appointment. My nail shape looks a tad odd as well. All of this to say that they charge too much to have a poor ambiance.
