They are great. I called in pain because I had impacted ear wax. The doctor there was very kind. They called me back after a cancelation and got me in the next day. I got to my appointment and the doctor spent 2 hours with me getting thr ear wax out of my ears. He could have gave up and sent me home but he wouldn't quit until it was removed. I'm so grateful and wish other doctors were as kind as them.

I'm new to hearing aids. Joe Baker is highly skilled in doing the hearing exam (involves asking me my history, a physical exam, then my sitting in a sound-proof booth and listening and responding to various tones. I got an "audiogram" from this. Joe is cheerful and friendly and put me at ease. His receptionist-and-more, Tom, is very helpful. I believe my hearing loss was not disastrous, but I was annoying people by making them speak loudly and repeat themselves. Also, I sometimes had to pretend to hear when I didn't. From start to finish hearing science did an outstanding job. Joe baker explained the ins and outs of my hearing loss and new hearing aides . I would highly recommend this practice. A+ Jane murphy
