Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center - Westlake

Although I live on the east side of the greater Cleveland region, I went to the Westlake office because they had the earliest available appointment. I'm very glad I did, and will be happy to drive over to Westlake when my new hearing aids arrive. Ruth, the audiologist, was wonderful to work with and the office staff were quite welcoming.

I went to the Westlake office because the receptionist at the Broadview Heights office was less than helpful or cooperative. At Westlake, the experience was very professional and cordial. I was respected, listened to and given excellent explanations. The audiologist (Alivia) was fantastic.

I want to thank the staff at Cleveland Hearing & Speech Center I've been suffering with hearing loss and ringing in my ears day and night Non-stop ? with a ? it gives me hope thank you <3
