We had an amazing experience with the replacement of our 20 + year old furnace. Jerry and Shawn are 2 Peas in a pod who work extremely well together they arrived on time, respectful of our property, very neat and you can tell that they have alot of knowledge and experience, both men answered all my questions (very professional) .I appreciated the clean up and removal of all old pieces and parts off of my property ( they vacuumed and swept I was truely impressed) I would recommend Bay heating and cooling to anyone. I also wanted to mention Chris for coordinating and working with us on budget,many questions, and scheduling.
