First time I came here: extremely average. My nails were fine but my friend that got hers done were horrible, the tech was rude and her nails looked below average. I've been coming in still on and off when I'm in the area based solely on convenience. I came in last week for a fill, which cost me 66$ by the way, and they chipped in literally less than 24 hours. I emailed them from their website and they told me to contact the salon directly and there was nothing they could do unless I spoke up after the tech had finished. How was I supposed to know they were going to chip in a day? Also, why would I want to go to the same location that screwed up in the first place? Don't go here, it's over priced and not worth it.
My daughter and I had gel manicures on September 10th. Both gentlemen who did our nails were very nice. My complaint is by this Tuesday, 1 week later 2 nails were already chipped. By Thursday the polish on 5 of my nails completely lifted up and peeled away from my nails. I believe it should last more than 7-9 days when you are paying $40 plus tip for this service. I’ve had my nails done at several salons and I’ve never had this problem. Disappointed.
Michelle and David are awesome! My family goes every other week and we have always been pleased with their gel manis, pedicures and powder dip manis. You two are awesome!! And, Jen is one of the best managers! She is always willing to go above and beyond. Thank you all!
