While my overall experience has been decent, I have a drug test as a compliance favor for my new doctor and got a letter in the mail for $86 balance, after the insurance was billed. Be Careful if your doctor ever asks you to do a drug test to help them with compliance numbers as you will be stuck with the bill if your insurance doesn’t pay for it… should Not be that way when the test is not to assist in your own medical needs.
All of our family doctors (including our son’s pediatrician) are COPC and we have had nothing but excellent experiences! The doctors listen to us, work with us on treatment, answer all our questions patiently, and seem invested in our overall wellness, which we greatly appreciate!
Staff is very friendly. Dr. Ecker is the absolute best. He takes time to be sure you understand what is going on with you and answers your questions without rushing you! He always has a smile to greet you. ❤️🐞❤️
