This review is for Dr.Jeffrey Marshall, Westerville Family Physicians, COPC and it's Care Navigation Team. I have been a patient under Westerville Family Physicians with numerous doctors, at least 12 years give or take. Every doctor has been great. Dr. Marshall has been my doctor for about 5 years. He is always looking out for my well-being. I called the Care Navigation Team regarding an incident that involved a tetanus vaccine. Nurse Lisa gave me instructions. Within an hour I received a call from Dr. Marshall's nurse that the doctor wanted to see me regarding this incident. Where do you get this type of looking out? Stunning. Dr. Lahoti is very easy to talk with and I am convinced she assesses, recommends and then provides the best care possible for me. She represents Westerville Family Physicians well.

Just had my annual visit with COPC Westerville Family Physicians and, just like other years it was a great experience. Dr Stamps is such a good listener, asks questions to better understand, and seems to genuinely care about her patients. The office is run very efficiently. Check in is always very organized and quick.
