Westar Urgent Care

I'm always pleased with the service and treatment I received at the Westerville Westar Urgent Care and yesterday was another great experience. They have professional and knowledgeable doctors, nurses and staff members. They take the time they need with their patients to diagnose and determine treatment and still respect their patients time and busy schedule. Keep up the great work!

Had a very good experience. The entire staff acted with the appropriate sense of urgency, and was mindful of working with people in the order they came in.I was able to accomplish my entire visit in under 45 minutes, which really impressed me since I was on my lunch break.

Service has always been wonderful, my family has been coming here for years. Lately I have trouble paying my bill; for some reason their system won't take my HSA card and when I finally get help and pay and go into the office, they say bill has to be paid to be seen. So I know I have paid double and no one can tell me about the credit or even send me a statement to show me how its been applied. The billing service they have is horrible! I called the office to see if there is a local person and they got nasty and said to call the billing number. SO FRUSTRATING. Makes me want to never go back!*Robin and I spoke! Thank you!!
