Nicole helped us buy our first home 5yrs ago and it was a great experience! When we decided to make a leap, sell our home and move to the country, we knew we wanted her as our realtor again. She handled everything quickly and seamlessly. I had total faith in her when we discussed list price. She listed our home and by that same evening we had an over-list price offer. We were in contract by the following morning. She kept us informed when we needed to be, but she handled everything. I don’t foresee us moving again...but she will be the one I call again should that ever happen.
