If I could give six stars I would! I came in to the area early on a Tuesday. I dropped off two suits and a dress shirt. The attendant told me I could pick up Friday before 3p. I asked if she could do anything better than that. She said, Thursday before 3p. I asked for Thursday before noon because I was leaving the area by then. After my own admission of failure in foresight on my part, without any hesitation she said I would be notified THE NEXT DAY of my suits completed accompanied with a warm smile. As Wednesday went on, I waited for a text to inform me my order was ready. Instead I got a phone call. It was from James. He told me that he was informed I was traveling and was leaving the Columbus area Thursday. He asked which hotel I was staying at to personally deliver my suits. I initially said I could just stop by the store first thing in the morning before leaving and he said that would be fine, but he was also more than willing to drop it off to the front desk of my hotel. At this point in the day, it was evening and the store was closed. That kind of customer service for someone whom they know isn't a regular customer, nor a guarantee that I will be coming through the area any time soon or at all, is phenomenal. I just wanted to personally thank the team at Swan Cleaners for going far beyond expectations. The suits were in perfect condition and the shirt was pressed like new. Again, a thank you to the team and a strong recommendation to others.
