Went in today, and had a really great experience with Ms. Gwen. She was very patient, and caring with both of my children. I would highly recommend a cut with her if your children are apprehensive. I appreciate her willingness to work with us, and we will definitely be back to see her again.

My 6 year old son has received phenomenal service from Alivia! We have had challenging experiences at other child-based salons in the past, apparently from his sensitivity to the sensation of having his hair cut. We have found a happy home with Sharkey’s! Alivia is patient, kind, and warm. She’s responsive to my son and adjusts accordingly. She inquires about my preferences each visit to ensure satisfaction. It is a relief to know we can have a positive experience and he will be in good hands. We have great gratitude for Alivia’s exceptional service!!

I wish I could give 4.5 stars! It's a little pricey for a kids haircut ( 2 boys, no wash +tip was 79) but they did do a great job so definitely worth it. My stylist was fantastic and my Kids look great. She was fun and kind to my kiddo that needed a bit of reminding to stay still. But what really struck me about this location in particular was the patience of the stylist next to us. A kiddo was having a tough time with their first haircut and the stylist was supposed patient. She tried giving breaks, gentle speaking voice, distraction... everything. It took a really long time but she was so kind to the parents. So good to see the empathy.
