Roofing One helped me modify & repair a membrane roof with some very tricky and unconventional flashing details. I actually spoke to a different roofer initially, who refused to do the work because they said they "didn't know what to do" with the existing conditions. Thankfully, the next contractor we had out was Roofing One. They were confident they could get it done, and they definitely came through for us.
