We purchased an R and H patio home in the Sunbury Ohio area several months ago. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the quality of the construction and the ease of working with their customer service folks for the couple of small items that needed attention. In addition, as they are finishing up with our development, they just automatically went through the entire area making repairs to concrete sidewalks / curbs that were damaged during the construction process. No one had to ask for the repairs, they are just doing it because it is the right thing to do. I can’t say enough how much everyone across all teams has been just exceptional to work with. Their build quality and service is leagues above every other home we have ever owned and viewed when we were house shopping. Especially if you building new with them, all of the worries we had building a home were immediately quashed once we met with them, their premier vendors, and went through the process. Everyone told us it would be stressful, but it was just a delight. Thank you to Amy, Ben, Brandie and everyone else involved!

We've loved our custom home that was built by R & H. The builder was accommodating and helped us through the process and making selections. We definitely recommend them to everyone we can. The detail work in our home always gets compliments.
