The manager, Jon Frambes is very accommodating and a great personality. He’s been doing this for a very a long time and you can tell he knows his stuff. He cares a lot about the quality of his products and always puts his customers first. Jon would constantly come up with the innovative solutions to help us save money on our projects. He also made himself available every step of the way to make sure the work was done up to standard. We ended up replacing the flooring four different rooms and they all turned out great. We will definitely be using Jon and his team for future flooring projects!
Awesome job! The folks at Rite Rug went above and beyond to locate the specific carpet I needed, and then they installed it within a few days. I'll absolutely be going back when I need to do the rest of my house. 10/10.
We had a great experience overall. Our sales associate, John, made our choice of carpet easy and helped steer us to what we were looking for. Ordering and scheduling were clearly communicated and fast. Our installer was courteous and professional. Just one guy installed pad and carpet for our living room and hallway in under 4 hours. He was extremely efficient and it all looked great. I would definitely recommend Riterug.
