SCAM COMPANY! AVOID!!! Take off the loads without letting the carrier know. Re-sell the loads for the cheaper rate. Don't want to pay TONU and hang up the phone constantly. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! SCAM!!!
Very bad service, booked a load, they told me send drivers info so we can send RC, i sent them everything and after 5 minutes they email me how coworker covered a load with another truck? That is not how you do business. Waste of time and energy over nothing, 1 star.
Biggest scammers of all the scammers in this market. Taking advantage of carriers, some that have been working with them for YEARS, making carriers pay out of pocket to haul THEIR trash. The lowest of the low, the dirtiest of all the dirt. Nothing is beneath these people, not even stealing food directly from people's mouths. Can't wait for your company to crash and burn on the next market flip when every single carrier you've been scamming refuses to work with you unless you cough up rates your customers would drop you just for offering to them. Karma is very real, and you all have been gathering ridiculous amounts negative karma.
