Care team is good and have been a lifelong patient. New ownership/partnership with COPC has left a mismanaged and inefficient office. Easier to find a new office than deal with this new system.

Dr Simon is a good doc he is very receptive, listens to my issue and helps me. The office is very good on getting same-day appointments if the issue is severe enough. He also sees my son and my nephew as he does both internal medicine and pediatrics. -Nate

Slow to contact you back. Used to have another patient portal, they have a link to a new one. If you just see the link and don’t read small print to the side, you will set up a portal that goes to no one. The small print warns of this, says go through a link you were sent in an email to connect the portal to their office. I just did searches on all my email and don’t see any previous email! I have updated my email on the iPad they make you use when arriving for a visit. I have been without asthma medicine for multiple days, pharmacy says they sent several faxed messages about updating the script.
