I was looking for a basic tax preparer which isn't what this company specializes in but I was impressed by their quick response to my email and helpfulness in pointing me in the direction of what I needed. If I ever do need help with a tax problem, I will most certainly call Ohio Tax Rescue. Their commitment to solving problems shows even in their email responses to non-clients. Very impressive!
