I've always been greeted by very friendly staff members. Almost always ready at scheduled time. Dr itty takes time to ask questions about how i am doing and if i have any concerns.
I'm a new patient at Northside Medical Associates. The office staff is very friendly and efficient. Followup on lab results from the office (phone call) and in MyChart (from physician) is great!
