So if you feel types of ways about the truth, My Carmel Clinic, mosey on down the road. I have had a few pleasant experiences here lately. The staffing has increased and they appoint availability has increased.I appreciate being treated kindly by everyone and this has been the case over the last month. The cleaning protocols are not strenuously adhered to, as in all my wait I haven't seen anyone cleaning lobby seating after folks get up. The "employee only bathroom" was/is used by all and it was a little uncared for.Overall, it was a good experience. I think the mask mandate is a little much, especially when they aren't cleaning as vigorously- but that could be just this location...I was able to take my mask off at another location once back in the room...read full review

Very pleasant office staff and wonderful providers. My wait for my appointment was short. I felt any concerns I had were met! Lab technicians are very good. I was in and out of the lab within 5 minutes.
