I soent tons of money, still have the problem and thought the Doctor terribly rude.I went in for laser therapy for my legs. The Dr. suggested Ii have a tubal ligation even though I never asked questons on such procedures. The staf changes weekly so don1 like anyone for long, it will be different each and every time. Wery expnsive as well. lack of customer service is being kind.

I was excited to give my fiancee a day at the spa for her birthday-- She's been trying to get her massage for over a month and a half now. Maison de Leumas has rescheduled her now for the 4th time. The only reason she found out her appointment was cancelled today was because she called yesterday just to make sure they were still on-- they offered her no assistance, and lied to her by telling her they would bring someone else in to give the massage. Less than one hour before her appointment today, they called her to once again cancel. Extremely frustrating to talk to on the phone, no service, and our gift card is about to expire, and they will not refund us any money.... read full review

This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have never publically complained about any service but I feel compelled to share this horrible experience so that people do not spend their hard earned money to receive suboptimal service. Let me list the issues I had during my one and only visit to this place: 1. I made an appointment for a body wrap and it was not in the book 2. I called three times prior to the appointment to get directions and no one answered the phone 3. I arrived at the location and was not greeted by anyone.
