My husband and I contracted with M3 Construction to replace our deck. The project was a great experience from start to finish. The owner of M3 guided us through several options and best practices. The crew that built the deck were polite, hard working, professional craftsmen. M3 exceeded our expectations. Our deck was finished a day early, they cleaned up everything and the deck is gorgeous. Wonderful company, I highly recommend them.
It isn't often you gain a friendship from a contractor relationship, though due to Jake's integrity, dedication, and resourcefulness we've done just that. I think we stretched the company's portfolio in our ambitious exterior re-design and they produced an exceptional result. Being very picky with design, and wanting to have this product completed for years, we appreciated the architect Jake recommended and M3's willingness to deliver the product we hoped for a reasonable price.
