After being in a bad car accident in 2019 and doing PT for over a year, I was still waking up in pain and would have shoulder and hip pain randomly. I assumed it was just from getting old but when a friend recommended Dr Steph, I figured it was worth a try. Within a few sessions I was literally pain free! Turns out it was still residual from the accident and with a few exercises to work on at home and some dry needling, I could not believe the difference! I'm still seeing her to continue working on getting my strength back but I cannot say enough good things. Life changing! Dr. Steph and Dr. Lydia are truly incredible and the best at what they do. I have done physical therapy for the majority of 10 years. I worked with 15+ physical therapists over the year. But working with Dr. Steph and Dr. Lydia has been different in the best way.My first appointment with Dr.Lydia I was able to share my long and complex history with injuries and surgeries. I can’t recommend Dr. Stephanie or Dr. Lydia enough. They have provided me outstanding care while helping me overcome some upper back issues to allow me to get back into working out at a higher level.I myself am a PT and I knew I was in great hands after just our evaluation.
