After arrival I am escorted to an office in 5 minutes or less. Once in the exam room the doctor sees you almost immediately. They carefully listen to your concerns and discuss it with you to assure they are hearing what you say. All treatment is discussed with you before proceeding.“

“Dr. Matthew is an amazing and knowledgeable injector. I recently had an appointment for jaw and chin sharpening and am thrilled with the results already. I do have to wait for the product to settle and do its job, but I can tell it's going to be perfect. This is the first pass since I was chinless to start, we will be adding more at my follow up in November. I respect that he didn't just pump it in there all at once and advised to wait until things settle. Great experience! Tip: Don't use your vehicle's navigation when going to the appointment. It's a nice building and plenty of parking here as well and good patient/customer service. This Upper Arlington location offers a variety of laboratory services, Dentistry, Cardiology, Lung Care, Nephrology, Optometry, Gastroenterology and Hepatology, Family Medicine, Sleep Medicine and more. I have been using this location since 2018 and highly recommend. It's always a quick stop at registration, then off to your next area whether it be an internal department office, appointment, or procedure. Today's visit took a total of 30 mins for registration and blood work.“
