I went here before my SIL's wedding and have been going back since. I have always had a good experience here. My nails last for WEEKS without chipping, peeling up at the sides or cracking. I work as a nurse, so for my nails to last that long, that's impressive! Pricing is comparable to anywhere else in town. I will drive from a different suburb of Columbus just to come to Crystal Nails.

I love this place, staff is so nice. It's so relaxing and such a great time. Prices are. It that bad. I will continue to go to this location even if I live 30 minutes away. No stress great for me time and the staff is not only nice but very professional. I enjoy coming in. I don't know what the negative reviews on here were about, but sometimes you just have to try it yourself. I get pedicures here love it.

I didn’t have an appointment and they took me right away. I got Frank as my technician and he was very nice he did a great job on my nails and was overall very friendly and professional. I think i found my new nail place. Thank you Frank!Service: Acrylic nails
