During a week of 95 degree temps, our AC went out around 11 PM on a Thursday night. After some research, I called Comfort Crew and a few others first thing Friday morning. Comfort Crew was able to get out there the quickest and had a tech to our condo by 8:30 AM! The issue was diagnosed and fixed by 9:30. They were responsive, professional, thorough, and cost-effective. Nothing but good things to say and we will be signing up for a maintenance plan with Comfort Crew.

The AC stopped pushing cold air one night and it was very uncomfortable. Called a few companies that advertise on the radio. They all did the same thing, took down all of my information only to tell me they couldn’t help. Found Comfort Crew online, saw the great reviews, and now, I understand why. Tim helped me get that problem fixed and his crew has continued to provide excellent service and great value whenever we need their help. My AC went out a week ago. I called Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling and they came right out. The technician was very personably and spotted the problem right away. He had to order the part and took about a week to get here. The technician came out and put it in. It took him no time at all. I highly recommend Columbus Comfort Heating & Cooling for your heating or AC. If I have another problem, I will definitely call them again.
