My family physician, Dr Young, was so helpful. The staff are friendly and checked in on me after a recent hospitalization. When I developed a complication, they were quick to address my issues and prescribe proper medication. I'm am so thankful to have caring medical staff so close to me!
The physicians are good but the office experience is horrible. Nurses often send Rxs to the wrong pharmacy. I paid a bill only to have it refunded to me. Then I got a letter threatening collection. All because they claim to have changed billing systems. There are many good providers in Columbus with better offices.
If you're 60+, looking for a doctor that cares for your physical, mental, emotional and exercise health - come to this uniquely wonderful group. Staff is informative. If you're a caregiver, bring your loved one here for complete, loving care under one roof. The physician, Dr Stephen Mills - is phenomenally caring and thorough. This wonderful group work "outside the box" filling your needs and informing you of resources available. Uniquely wonderfully fulfilling because in the cold world of "medicine" these people wrap you in warm fuzzies and are totally trustworthy. Please come here to be all you can be.
