This is the first time I’ve had a massage and walked away feeling like a new person. Days of pain gone in about an hour. I am so relieved. I also appreciated learning more about my body and how to improve my strength and flexibility to avoid injuries in the future. I’m excited to come back to help with sore muscles as I continue to weight lift.
I started going to Attachi early 2023 with severe back tightness and leg tightness due to injuries. Since then, my body has never felt better and I experience little to no pain while working out or in my every day activities.
Great people, great environment, great experience! After battling chronic pain in both exercise and day to day activities, I sought the help of Attachi. Zach was a great help, explained what was happening as we progressed, and helped me to find great relief of my pain even after my initial visit. I plan to continue visiting Attachi to relieve any injuries and imbalances and would recommend anyone else to do the same.
