Overall an excellent experience with AHH from start to end. Great design sessions, taking one of their floorplans and we reworked it significantly to fit our wants/needs - much better at custom modifications than other builders we looked at. They are very open/transparent regarding their pricing, options, etc. We did have some delays through the build specifically with drywall and trim work - however building in a post-covid world (build June 2022-March 2023), this may be the new norm with some limited workforce. We just had a 1-year inspection from an independent home inspector who made the statement that "it was one of the most well-built homes he'd seen in a long time"....read full review

I built with American Heritage 16 years ago and I love my home. Today I had to call to get some details on a product that was used on the home and the customer service was AMAZING!!!!! 16 years later and they are still taking great care of us. I love this company so much that if I build again, I will absolutely do so with them! Thank you Brandy for your amazing customer service and for the extra time you spent with me today tracking down all the details I needed. Absolutely amazing!!Service: Home building
