Tim (Owner Timeless Glass Block) & Larry performed above expectations.<br><br>They replaced 5 steel framed single pain windows and 1 coal shoot door in the basement. Estimate all devices were about 70 years old and rusted.<br><br>Very professional to deal with, we discussed the process and installation in detail. Scheduled the installation date - time - length of the installation. They showed up at the job site on time and finished in the estimated installation timeframe.<br><br>Clean up the job site and we discussed the installation. WOW those windows look 100% better. I expected an environmental improvement, but Wow- those windows greatly improved the heat loss in the basement. Above my expectations.
