“Our experience with Roof America was beyond exceptional! We sustained roof, siding and gutter damage on our home due to a fallen tree. Unfortunately, our insurance company offered a small percentage of actual repair costs with a take it or leave it attitude. “I would definitely use them again. Nick came out to repair roughly fifteen shingles on our ten year old roof that were cracked and bent due to high straight line winds. He did a excellent job. Was courteous and professional. They even printed off photos of the damaged shingles I had sent them. Iv'e had a other roofer in the past that did not do the quality of Schaefer roofing repairs. The owner is super knowledgeable and talked to me about the issues with the old roof and what was needed to correct it going into replacing it with the new one. that way I didn't have the same issues later and so that I would get a full life out of it. The estimate was competitive and fair. I can't tell you how hard the crew worked on my house those guys were amazing. they were early and ready to work picked everything up multiple times through out the day and got my opinion on things. “Service: Remove and replace exterior door.I was skeptical given the reviews, but the real estate agent recommended. Overall, I am very happy with the work done. Eric was the person on site most of the time. He was polite, professional, got his work done in a timely fashion, and cleaned up the mess. The only issue was the sudden shift by one day with late notice (the morning they were to be out). They did communicate the delay at the time they would have been arriving, but they also committed to the next day and kept that commitment.Bottom Line: Would I use them again? At this point, I wouldn't hesitate to have them do another job.“
