This review is for the Brow Bar and Rach.FIVE STARS!!! Rach has been waxing and tinting my brows for several months, and they have never looked better! Rach really took the time to understand how I preferred my brows to look, executed my vision perfectly and has been consistent at every appointment.VOA Ulta has had a run of consistent talent at their brow bar, Rach is the best! I highly recommend you visit her.

Young gal at this location helped my mom and I, showed us every ingredient to AVOID for our skin needs & also showed us her personal favs & a cool app to help us find bad Ingredients in our products! She took her time explaining things to us & we left very happy with customer service.Needless to say, she is great! We came in for 1 thing & left with lots of high quality ingredient products!When turns out, we were using bad ingredient products… never would’ve known !!!Only Con I have about The big franchise ULTA, in general, is the Ulta Card makes me unnerved. Unfriendly staff compared to other ulta stores here in West Chester. No greeting no asking if you need help they just looked bored this morning not very helpful. Other than that love ulta
