So very disappointed. Three strikes and they are out for me. I built a house a year ago. The builder used Right Rug to install the laminate flooring throughout main living area. I decided a few months ago that I wanted to use the same laminate flooring in the bedrooms ( when we built we had carpet put in the bedrooms). Through Right Rug's website I scheduled an appointment for somebody to come and measure the bedrooms. I wrote in the comments of the type of laminate that I wanted to use. I received a confirmation of appointment. Unfortunately Rite Rug did not show up at the appointed day. I send them an email inquiring why they did not show. Unorganized. Quality work is great but material not to sure about when it comes to the carpeting. Scheduling is outrageous however, Covid did play a roll in that. Communication is not the greatest. I have carpeting that is starting to buckle or get loose at the seam which is almost in the middle of the room. Really? Not very happy and still trying to get results on this issue. Been 3 weeks now with no response back after telling me they would have someone come and look.
