I am so thankful to have found Lauren and Tina! I was suffering with a frozen shoulder for 5 months before I started working with them. Doctors have said frozen shoulders can last 2-3 years! ? With regular visits to Lauren and Tina, my shoulder was completely mobile again in around 6 months.
They offer different modalities like dry needling, scraping, taping and of course, the myofascial release; all are used at the therapy session if needed. I know that the varied treatments during my sessions are the reason I'm back to a fully functioning shoulder again.

Tina is amazing. I've gone through a battery of surgeries and an infection in recent months, and my body is not recovering well. In just one session, Tina was able to provide relief to an area that has been in pain 24/7 for weeks. This therapy works. I can't wait to go back in 2 weeks.
