Customer service in the service department is always awesome. My Service Department technician Andrew never disappoints me and makes sure that I have a loaner car so my needs are not placed on hold. The receptionist is always pleasant. Picked my babe up and she is nice and clean.
My recent service at Mercedes Benz of West Chester was a rewarding experience. I noticed a vibration in the steering wheel at highway speeds. Andrew VonBargen (Service Advisor) took a video of the tire spinning and diagnosed premature tire degradation (only 5k driving miles). He and Andy Couture (Service Manager) petitioned the manufacturer who replaced both front tires free of charge. This is strong teamwork and I am very appreciative of their dedication to solving the problem.
I went in for service and Andrew, who was sitting in the second seat from the door, provided me excellent customer service. He kept me updated and he was very professional and friendly. This was a simple service visit but Andrew made it my best experience at a dealership. Additionally, the gentleman that took my car and vacuum and washed it made my experience pleasantly memorable. Thank you Andrew and the guy who took my car for cleaning for exceeding my expectations!
