The staff goes out of their way to ensure a positive experience in the service center. Everyone I’ve worked with at the West Chester MB has made certain that the investment in the dealership services is worth it.
Could not be more impressed with the service I received with this dealership- specifically with Richard Zamora. From start to finish he was attentive, responsive and NEVER pushy. I had a five-star shopping for a car here. Our sales assistant was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We were not pressured at all and felt comfortable and welcome while we shopped. While we ultimately didn't find what we were looking for, we would not hesitate shop at Mercedes-Benz of West Chester in the future.
