“First I want to start by saying that nick has always done a great job of getting me in when I’m in need. And also giving me tips and knowledge on how to work on things at home between adjustments for better results. When I was seeing him consistently my posture was better and I felt amazing. (I have hip and back pain from work). Fast forward I hurt my rib in December shoveling snow, and it’s now almost November. I thought it was a pulled muscle so I have been living in pain almost a year when I finally made an appt to see nick. My ribs were out of place and he literally fixed it. I’m writing this this morning pain free after almost a year of being in constant pain. I can’t thank him enough, can’t recommend him enough. Also his staff is always so so kind and treats you like family. Thanks!! ??????“

“I had temporarily stopped going for massages shortly after retiring from my full-time job, and this sad state continued for two years during the pandemic. And frankly, in spite of hot baths with Epsom salts, stretching, yoga and over the counter anti-inflammatory and pain relief drugs, I slowly became used to enduring a life of small to moderate but continuous aches and pains. A friend of mine suddenly could not keep his appointment at Elements and it seemed discourteous to cancel on short notice, so I said I would go in his place. I had forgotten!!! Do yourself a favor. Go to a professional, extremely well-run shop (the owner knows her stuff) and change your life. Life is short.“

His friendly, professional demeanor combined with the clean, relaxing ambiance of his massage space was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. I have had many massages from professionals, and Dan is by far the best I have ever had. “I had Chloe as my nail tech and she did a wonderful job. The nails matched my reference photo exactly and I got so many compliments! She knows how to take care of customers and I felt relaxed during the whole appointment. I accidentally cut myself with the nail brush when I was washing my hands and she took care of it accordingly and made sure to be extremely gentle with my nail beds. There is no other nail tech with this level of attention to detail and I couldn’t recommend her enough!“

“Had a massage on 03/18/25. Environment was clean and tidy. Typical Asian style massage. Very relaxing, quiet. Played pleasant background music. They also offered a bottled water at end. I would definitely go back.“

“I am posting 2 reviews. Ricky is my therapist and he is amazing. He's 5/5 everytime. The management there is a 0/5, it is non existent and they expect you to continue to pay fees even when complaints go unaddressed. I am still awaiting a call back from management from June 20th. They cancelled me and my son's appointment, without notice and no one can tell me who actually cancelled it and why. Third time reaching out, will update later about the resolution process.

Janice called and couldn't tell me the reasoning behind my cancellations and she was very sympathetic. Gave me credit for a 90 minute massage. I have increased my rating to a 4/5 stars due to this resolution.“

The ladies were very professional and skilled. The room was clean, well organized and comfortable. The background music was so relaxing that I nearly fell asleep during the massage. “Great staff and service. I was a member here for 8 months and had many different massage therapists. There hasn’t been a single person I didn’t not like. Always a relaxing experience and the bundles are reasonably priced. The only reason I canceled is because I relocated to an area that does not have a hand and stone. It’s worth the money!“
